The Desert Mesa Club, the organizers of the Ashcroft and District Fall Fair, are passing the torch, and we invite you to be part of this exciting transition.

Over the past few years, the Desert Mesa Club had stepped in to operate the Fall Fair when the previous society could not find enough volunteers or members. We think we did a very good job at keeping the event going and providing a valuable experience for the community.

The voices of Ashcroft residents have spoken loudly, with many reaching out to share, in person and online, their visions for the Fall Fair's evolution. We have been peppered with numerous suggestions of ways that the Fall Fair can be improved, changed, and just plain old be done better! We see this outpouring of interest as a golden opportunity to step back and allow new leadership to emerge, as our Club has other opportunities and events that don’t have such strong support and need our help more.

The AGM for the Ashcroft and District Fall Fair Society will be held May 27th at 6pm in the Cache Creek Community Hall Meeting Room.

This is your opportunity to step forward and take on director roles within the organization. Whether you have fresh ideas, organizational skills, or a passion for community events, your involvement is crucial in ensuring the Fall Fair continues to thrive this year and many more to come!
